ALL LEVELS (A/L)

Suggested for All Levels. Teachers present/suggest more challenging variations so classes are appropriate for all from beginners to advanced students, creating an environment to build and strengthen your practice over time.


INTERMEDIATE

Suggested for students who have practiced any styles of yoga for more than 20 sessions.


ALL STYLE YOGA

(INTERMEDIATE)

A wide range of yoga styles with a different emphasis on specific sequences such as " Standing series? "Balancing series? "Hip Opening? or "Arm Balancing? along with any other new upcoming yoga style. Class rotates every week. So don? be intimidated by the class title, come and have fun!

VINYASA

(ALL LEVELS / INTERMEDIATE)

"Vinyasa" means to flow or link purposefully. Deepen your practice by linking movement and breath. Postures vary from class to class so you can explore a wide range of poses & test your physical boundaries.

ABSOLUTE FIT

(ALL LEVELS)

New yoga style designed by Absolute YOGA that focuses on the amazing fitness aspect of yoga to help tone up your body. It is a fun & invigorating yoga class that will give you a total body workout, burn calories, boost your heart rate & break your sweat!

HATHA

(ALL LEVELS)

A class that explores basic poses, breath work and alignment to promote flexibility and balance. It is a slower paced class. Great for beginners with enough variety for all yogis.

YOGA PILATIES

(INTERMEDIATE)

A 90-minute class mixes of Vinyasa flow and Pilates mat work. A perfect class for students who love the fast pace of Vinyasa flow to promote sweat but also aim to build core strength through Pilates.
