We live in a very complex food system in which there are many forces influencing our behavior. Most of the time these forces are trying to lead us to eat unhealthy food. A “systems approach” takes a look at some of the major forces in the food system. If we ignore these forces, we are powerless against them and they keep us from changing in the way we would like to change. If we learn about these forces, we can see how they affect us and then we can come up with strategies to overcome them or use them to build a lasting healthy lifestyle.

Meaning of Mantra

Mantras are very powerful affirmation tools. A mantra could be a single word or it can be a sentence that can repeat over and over again. Repetition breeds performance and can repeat that line over and over again; we find that will ingrain the very word you speak about into our subconscious mind.


Here, example of a single word mantra:

-         Love
